Overview

Wealth management, kept private.

Vaultara is a wealth management platform developed by Brainzer, Inc. specifically for single-family offices and private wealth holders. The platform is installed and operated on infrastructure controlled by the customer — never on vendor infrastructure, never in shared cloud services, never visible to other clients.

Family wealth data — entities, ownership structures, beneficiaries, valuations, documents, audit history — never leaves the customer's environment. The platform is delivered, supported, and maintained directly by Brainzer's engineering team, drawing on the same enterprise integration and security infrastructure discipline applied to our Government and Financial Systems work.

Engagements begin with a direct conversation and proceed under a confidentiality understanding. Vaultara is offered by introduction or direct inquiry only.

Capabilities

Built for single-family office complexity.

  1. Multi-Entity Wealth Tracking. Track wealth across individuals, trusts, LLCs, foundations, and the relationships between them. Built for the structural complexity of how families actually hold their assets.
  2. Ownership Structure Modeling. Capture ownership splits, layered structures, and percentage allocations exactly as they exist — including partial ownership, joint holdings, and entity-of-entity arrangements.
  3. Beneficiary Designation Management. Primary and contingent designations, percentage allocations, and at-a-glance views that surface gaps and inconsistencies across all assets.
  4. Household Group Aggregation. Roll up entities into household views for high-level reporting and cross-entity analysis without losing the underlying detail.
  5. Asset Valuation History. Track asset values over time with full historical detail. Manual entry, document-attached valuations, and trend visualization.
  6. Liability and Debt Management. Mortgages, loans, credit, and amortization projections — fully integrated with the asset side for clean net-worth reporting.
  7. Document Vault and Records Storage. Secure document storage tied to the assets they relate to. Statements, deeds, trust documents, and supporting records, all in one private vault.
  8. Granular Family Member Access Controls. Control which family members, advisors, and external collaborators see what — down to individual entities and document categories.
  9. Comprehensive Audit Trail. Every change to every record is captured and immutable. Every login, every modification, every access event — a permanent record for compliance and confidence.
  10. Reporting and Scenario Planning. Generate reports for principals, advisors, and tax preparers. Model what-if scenarios without touching real data — useful for estate planning conversations and major financial decisions.
  11. Multi-Factor Authentication. Enterprise-grade authentication for every user, with rate limiting, session management, and the kind of access discipline expected by serious organizations.
  12. Data Export and Right-to-Deletion Workflows. Full ownership of your own data. Export everything in machine-readable formats; remove everything when an account is closed.
Who it is for

Vaultara fits when.

  1. The family office requires complete data sovereignty — wealth information stays on customer infrastructure.
  2. The compliance posture of the family or office requires private deployment rather than shared cloud services.
  3. Spreadsheets have reached their limits, and the family seeks institutional-grade tooling without losing control.
  4. The principals value direct relationships with the engineering team that builds and maintains the platform.
  5. Discretion is a requirement, not a preference.
The Vaultara approach

Built around principles.

  1. Customer data resides on customer infrastructure — never elsewhere.
  2. Direct engineering relationship with the team that builds and maintains the platform.
  3. A vendor relationship that respects the privacy expectations of the families we serve — including their preference not to be publicly named as a customer.
  4. Designed specifically for single-family office complexity rather than retail wealth management.
  5. Backed by Brainzer's enterprise integration and security infrastructure experience.
  6. Predictable pricing with no per-user, per-asset, or per-transaction fees.

A detailed Security and Architecture Document is provided to qualified prospects under a confidentiality understanding, after a preliminary conversation. The document includes architecture overview, encryption details, data sovereignty model, and honest disclosure of certifications held and not held.

Technical and security materials are not published publicly by design. To request evaluation materials, please contact Brainzer directly.
